Feb 28, 2020 · I installed the drivers from the Fujitsu site and they didn’t work, then ran the Twain SSM_9.21 Scanner Utility for Microsoft Windows and it was fixed. Hopefully this helps. (Got the driver from the ScannedAll Pro CD).
