Dec 17, 2020 · CG wins on anything but pure ST. Yes, SR wins on pure ST and CG wins on everything else. The question is, how much further ahead are they in each situation? From what I’ve seen, SR is just marginally ahead of CG in single-target, while CG is substantially ahead on everything other than single-target.

I can’t seem to find it since the vendor that was previously selling it only sells the “unchained” gear now. I was under the assumption that only the elite gear was exclusive to seasons though.
Eyebeam and the fel dev from collective anguish both extend brand past its base duration due to the unity legendary. If you recast brand it sets it back to 8s. The Venthyr legendary effect is that eye beam/fel dev extends Sinful Brand. Combined with the Darkglare or Collective Anguish legendaries, this can mean extending it well beyond its CD.
