Nov 26, 2017 · Hopefully Windows 10 will fix the problem you’re having. You could always use disc imaging software like Macrium reflect to backup your 8.1 before updating to 10 then if it doesn’t fix the problem or you experience other problems you can quickly return to 8.1.

Once done,restart your Surface and check if the battery 1 is already charging.
