Ang Manananggal sa Unit 23B is about an oblivious man who falls in love with a woman who secretly eats men at night. It doesn't sound silly, nor too interesting, unless executed well. And with the director's execution, I can say it was nicely done but it lacks a lot of essence or something more genuine to the story.
