Baylor is the only law school in Texas and one of only a few law schools in the nation to offer a dual degree program that leads to the simultaneous award of the Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Taxation (MTAX) degrees. JD/MTAX students receive a broad-based legal education in the Law School.

[1] To adequately ensure that we have ample parking for law students, Baylor University has agreed with the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, just north of the Law School, that provides that law students may park in the 50-slot lot of the Hall of Fame should the Law School’s parking lot become full.
