Professor Cyril Osim Ndifon is a Professor of Law in the University of Calabar, Calabar Nigeria. He holds an LL.B degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife (1989). He also holds two postgraduate degrees (LL.M and Ph.D) in Law.
