Tobias Forge ( Linköping, Suecia, 3 de marzo de 1981) es un músico y cantante sueco conocido por ser el vocalista de la banda de heavy metal Ghost bajo el nombre de Cardinal Copia/Papa Emeritus. Su identidad como Papa Emeritus fue confirmada en 2017 a raíz de una demanda de parte de sus antiguos compañeros de banda.

He is the leader of the masked heavy metal band Ghost, performing live as their vocalist under the stage names Papa Emeritus and Cardinal Copia.
