PAGASA: El Niño has ended; ENSO-neutral conditions are now present over the tropical Pacific; La Niña becomes the most likely category in Oct-Dec (OND) 2024 through Jan – Mar (JFM) 2025. The DOST-PAGASA ENSO Alert and Warning System is now lowered to Inactive (ENSO-neutral) while the La Niña Watch remains in effect.
