The Silliman Library System is composed of the Robert B. and Metta J. Silliman Library, which serves as the university library, and the local libraries of the College of Agriculture, College of Business Administration, College of Law, the Divinity School, the Allied Health Sciences, High School, Elementary and Early Childhood Schools.

Silliman University President Dr. Ben S. Malayang III delivered this line as he led the dedication of the new building for the Medical School on May 10. The new two-storey building boasts of 10 discussion rooms, 5 basic sciences laboratories, 3 lecture rooms, a faculty room and a function room on the first floor.
The legal basis for this is based on the CHED CMO, Sec. 5a of RA #2382 as amended, otherwise known as the Medical Act of 1959, which serve as the basis of CHED Memorandum Order #18 series of 2016, which states: “for admission to medical schools the applicant must have taken the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) and obtain a score of xx.”
