De La Salle University will administer the DLSU College Admission Test (DCAT) for AY 2024-2025 Freshman Applicants. For the AY 2024-2025 freshman intake, admission to the University and the chosen degree program will be based on an applicant’s DLSU College Admission Test (DCAT) results and high school academic records.

The De La Salle University Medical Center continued to grow with the opening of the 10-storey Teodorica Favis Vda. De Rivero Hall in 1997 and of the one-storey Jose Sotto Tantiansu Center in 1998. In October 1999 , the De La Salle University Medical Center gained the distinction of being the first hospital in the Philippines to have been awarded an ISO 9001 Certification by the TUV–Rheinland.
