The Anne of Green Gables Museum located in Park Corner was built in 1872 by the Author's Aunt Annie and Uncle John Campbell. Some of the artifacts you'll see in the Museum are Anne's Enchanted Bookcase, the organ on which her wedding march was played, Crazy Patchwork Quilt, the Blue Chest from The Story Girl and many artifacts that the Author wrote about and personal memorabilia of the Authors.
Anne of Green Gables is a 1985 Canadian made-for-television drama film based on the 1908 novel of the same name by Canadian author Lucy Maud Montgomery, and is the first in a series of four films. The film stars Megan Follows in the title role of Anne Shirley and was produced and directed by Kevin Sullivan for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Green Gables is situated to the west of Montgomery's home; with the lands surrounding Green Gables also including a historic schoolhouse, farm buildings, and trails. In 2019, an interpretive centre built north of Green Gables was opened to the public, and houses exhibitions on Montgomery and her novels, particularly Anne of Green Gables.
Megan Follows. Actress: Anne of Green Gables. Megan (pronounced Mee-gan) has two children, a daughter, Lyla, and a son, Russel. Megan comes from a showbiz family: father Ted Follows, mother Dawn Greenhalgh, and sister Samantha Follows are all actors; her other sister, Edwina Follows, is a producer and writer; and her brother Laurence Follows is a producer.
