Mein Zumo XT hat ja auch dieses "Adventurous Routing". Die Funktion steht aber nicht als Navigationsvorgabe wie "Kürzere Zeit" oder "Kürzere Strecke" zur Verfügung wie das beim 590 mit der Kurvenreichen Strecke war. Beim Zumo XT muss für jede Route das Adventurous Routing separat eingegeben werden.

I think the Fenix line is really more geared towards those outdoor adventure enthusiasts, and the Venu line is more for us regular old folks who are fit but not about to go backcountry hiking for the weekend or other adventurous activities on a regular basis.
But in 2022 these statements from manufacturers are really a CYA in case anything happens. I am a gamer and have a Nintendo Switch OLED model (same screen tech as the watch). Now, being game console you could play for hours with static images on the screen. So, an adventurous YouTuber but the Switch OLED to the test.

Have you tried using Disk Utility to verify the filesystem on the 510? If it come up with an error, you might try repairing it if you feel adventurous (but if it were me, I'd back it up first by copying everything on it). OS X knows how to verify/repair the FAT filesystem that Garmin devices come with.
