The city of Thornton is hosting the Empowerment Expo, a monthly event to assist the city’s unhoused population. Beginning Oct. 17, the recurring event will take place on the third Thursday of each month, 1 - 3 p.m., at the Rock AG Church, 8891 Poze Blvd.
