Anyone seeking admission to the Xavier Ateneo Law must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science, or a higher academic degree, from an authorized and recognized university or college. All applicants must have earned eighteen (18) units of English subject.

Bachelor of Laws has eight major subjects in its curriculum: Political, Criminal, Civil, International, Labor, Tax, Commercial, and Remedial laws. All of these are required by the Supreme Court of the Philippines along with other subjects such as Legal Ethics, Legal Research, and Labor Standards.
