There are versions with pre-installed recommended Forge builds in the Legacy Launcher. Make sure you have Java installed. Download a Forge Installer for selected version from the website. (optional) Download non-modified ("vanilla") Minecraft version using Legacy Launcher. Launch the installer by double-clicking it.
Jun 1, 2023 · According to the announcement we made on May 16, 2023, TL Legacy has been renamed to Legacy Launcher. At first glance, this is purely a cosmetic change that will allow us to move forward. Your worlds, servers, mods, resource packs, and other data will remain where you'd expect them.
Select a modpack and press "Install" button. Wait until all game files are downloaded. Open modpacks folder. Go to Instances. Find modpack folder and open it. Install required modloader. Start Legacy Launcher and open game folder. Move modpack files to game folder. Done!
