What is Haven for Children? Haven for Children is a a residential care center that is designed to provide healing and empowerment to street children who have been exposed to or are recovering from substance abuse. It aims to equip them with intellectual, emotional, and productive skills.
On September 30, 1995, the Haven for Women was inaugurated with President Fidel V. Ramos as guest of honor. The Haven today, in spite of the sad circumstances that force these women to seek refuge under its roof, reflect the optimism and hope that, at last it is within reach.
