Jun 22, 2024 · Asiana Airlines is conveniently straightforward when it comes to baggage fees. The South Korea-based airline uses a weight allowance for domestic flights with no maximum number of items permitted, and a clear-cut piece allowance for all other routes.
Exceptions. The rules for carry-on baggage are subject to change/restrictions according to aircraft limitations or airport regulations and procedures at each country of travel. When connecting to another airline, the airline’s free baggage allowance standards may differ from ours. Please check all other airlines' baggage rules in advance.
Carry-on baggage allowed on board must be securely stowed in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you, and the standards are as follows. Weight: within 10 kg (22 lbs) Quantity: Business Class - 2 / Economy Class - 1.
First and second checked bags are free. Permitted quantity and dimensions vary by class: First Class - 3 pieces up to 32 kg. Business Class - 2 pieces up to 32kg. Economy Class - 2 pieces up to 23kg. Excess Baggage Fee.
Baggage calculation is based on boarding for Asiana Airlines only. If your itinerary is combined with another airline, contact the operating airline of the first departure flight for any inquires.
