We went to Toho Antigua SM Southmall branch for a reservation of 13 people for my mom's 67th birthday (5 days ahead) willing to settle at least 50% in advance as reservation payment , we met the so called "supervisor" who said they dont accept reservations on weekends and let us leave clueless with his unprofessional explanation.🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
