Si Sergio Osmeña Sr. (Setyembre 9, 1878 – Oktubre 19, 1961) ay Pilipinong abogado at politiko na itinatagurian bilang ikaapat na pangulo ng Pilipinas mula 1944 hanggang 1946 at kauna-unahang pangalawang pangulo ng Pilipinas sa pagitan ng 1935 at 1944.
Si Sergio Osmeña ang naging ika-4 na pangulo ng Republika ng Pilipinas. Siya ay isang estadista at tagapagtatag ng Nacionalista Party. Isinilang siya noong Setyembre 9, 1878 sa Cebu City.
