Anna of Arendelle (/ ˈ ɑː n ə /) is a fictional character who appears in Walt Disney Animation Studios' animated fantasy film Frozen (2013) and its sequel Frozen II (2019). She is voiced by Kristen Bell as an adult.
For the stage adaptation of Frozen, the role of the plucky, free-spirited Princess Anna was originated by actress Patti Murin, who related to Anna back when Frozen first hit theaters. Anna (born June 21, 1825 [5] at 1:16pm [6]) is the daughter of Agnarr and Iduna, younger sister of Elsa, and current queen of Arendelle. She was extremely close with Elsa, but an accident during their childhoods prompted their parents to separate them from each other and the outside world.
