The tour, starting above the well-stocked brewery shop (these rooms house both the brewery and Hook Norton village museums) and progressed through the Victorian brewery and its process, with the heady aromas of malt and hops swirling around us.
Jul 8, 2015 · Hook Norton steam-powered brewery is a truly unique place to visit. Our guide, Chris, was a mine of information and led us on a fascinating journey through the history and science of beermaking. The tasting session afterwards in the cellar bar was excellent and we even went away with a complementary Hook Norton beer glass.
