May 17, 2008 · The shaking is a different problem probably. But I'm 99% sure the little balls are from one of your CV axle halfshafts. The other place those type balls could come from is the CV joint on the front driveshaft, if you have that type of driveshaft. One thing for sure is they are bearings from a CV joint.
Jul 19, 2014 · QTI is excellent in the snow, especially when equipped with snow tires. Most WK2s are built with QTI, many here run them. QTII and QD may get you there with less wheel spin or drama. QTII (and QD) has low range which can be useful off road or towing a boat+trailer out of the water.
Dec 27, 2012 · This only works if you have a secure or covered area ie: garage. 1)Shop vac it out. 2)Space heater cranked up to high. 3)Leave window cracked just enough to get the extension cord through the window. It'll get up in the 120-130° range in the cabin and the cracked window allows it to ventilate a little.
Jan 3, 2024 · the first dealer couldn’t reproduce the problem. 2nd dealer said it “probably is an aftermarket electronic device plugged into the car.” There is a TSB about even certain aftermarket bulbs causing this issue. The problem is that I do not have any electrical devices hooked into the car.

The security system is supposed to disable when unlocked with the key, you've got a break in the wires somewhere. 1996 ZJ Green Laredo V8, 2.5" OME and Bilsteins, 33's, Holes drilled in the roof. Check the purple wire with the yellow tracer in the drivers side door jamb.
Dec 24, 2013 · Sure. I've got 136k and ticking with the OEMs on my car. I pressure tested the system and pulled them for inspection a couple of weeks ago and all is good. I would define "normal wear" as what the manufacturer intended the vehicle to be used for.
Jun 18, 2018 · There’s no such thing as lifetime fill ATF fluid unless you define “lifetime”. Many people dump their cars when the transmission breaks. Many dump them when the carpet smells funky. It’s the word-smithing about “lifetime” by manufacturers’ marketing people that bugs me. Their job is to get you to buy that car.

Nov 7, 2006 · Oversteer. Oversteer is when the rear wheels are carving a larger arc than the front wheels or the intended line of the turn. Rear "slip angles" exceed those of the front tires. This is often described as a "loose" condition, as the car feels like it may swap ends, or be "twitchy."
