Jose Y. Dalisay Jr. (born January 15, 1954) is a Filipino writer. He has won numerous awards and prizes for fiction, poetry, drama, non-fiction and screenwriting, including 16 Palanca Awards.
He is currently at work on an oral history of the early years of martial law in the Philippines. He has also written and edited coffee-table books for Shell Philippines Exploration, PNOC-EDC, Punongbayan & Araullo, AG&P, the GSIS, and Reader’s Digest Asia, among others.
