Shelley Marie Hack (born July 6, 1947) is an American actress, model, producer, and political activist. She is best known as the face of Revlon's Charlie perfume from the mid-1970s until the early 1980s, and for her role as Tiffany Welles in the fourth season of Charlie's Angels (1979–80).

Then in the 1970s she was Charlie's perfume girl in TV commercials, after which she went on to appear in bit parts in TV shows and movies. However, her big break came in 1979 when Charlie's Angels (1976) was casting a replacement for Kate Jackson.
The Charlie's Angels producers had to replace actress Kate Jackson and decided to hire Shelley Hack because of her classic looks. Although Shelley's character Tiffany Welles was let go at the end of her first year, Shelley moved to two other series, Cutter to Houston and Jack & Mike .
