However, right now, I'll rate it at 6 out of 10, it's dry, the skin is oo salty and hard, the crunch is there when you bit it but the crispiness is bad because of it's hardness. to top it of the gravy is below average. I go for Hei Hei 11pc chicken instead of the 7/11 crunch as of today.
