Two unemployed men accidentally join the Miami police force and face various adventures and enemies. They are recruited by a criminal who wants to get rid of them, and they have to deal with street gangs, prostitutes, and a mysterious Chinese girl.
Crime Busters has the guys sign up to become police officers when they actually wanted to rob a store. As usual, they get into plenty of cartoon-like hijinks and slapstick fights. It's pretty fun if you like that sort of thing.
