Based on nonfiction novel “Namsanui Bujangdeul” by Kim Choong-Sik (published from 1990 to 1992 in newspaper The Dong-A Ilbo ). The novel covers the true story of KCIA director Kim Hyong-Uk and his disappearance. Filming began October 20, 2018 and finished February 28, 2019.
