Cafe Brauer is located next to the zoo, which doesn't have anything good to eat, so coming here is one choice. Open seasonally so check ahead if they're open before going. The prices aren't that bad for this truthfully.

Located in the heart of Lincoln Park, just outside of Lincoln Park Zoo, the Cafe Brauer is not only elegant, but also offers great views of the immediate area, as well as the Chicago skyline. The building was built in 1908 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
