Feb 17, 2022 · Don't phone LM. 40 mins on the phone and the agent and their colleagues couldn't find the TK PNR. Instead, just log in to checkmytrip.com. Input AV PNR. It brings up full details, including TK PNR. Don't try looking it up on Turkish web site. It's as useless as LM agents and won't allow the booking to even be viewed.

Just booked business class LAX-IST-JNB for the wife and I. LAX-IST is a 777 while IST-JNB is an A350. However, when I go to select seats both flights are showing the 1-2-1 A350 seating map.

For booking made through a third party agent ( other than Turkish Airlines direct ), you would always need the e-ticket number.
Mar 21, 2022 · Open the TK App and go to "Manage Booking" from the menu. After typing in the PNR and surname, and if you have multiple passengers, it may ask you for surname and ticket numbers. Pull the ticket numbers from the AC booking. You should then be able to manage your booking (i.e,. select seats, assistance, etc.).

Usually you will get a separate email with the headline: THY - Elektronik Bilet Yolcu Seyahat Belgesi - that means your ticket is issued. The email will contain all the details of the ticket.
