That's why eastwest allowed me to present bill of ladding during the times na wala pa akong credit card or phone bills. PNB's proof of billing list can be found on this site.

Jan 6, 2016 · AFAIK, it's not a strict requirement per se. Yup. Same here, I opened a savings account with BPI, pero IDs lang hiningi nila. Use a billing statement named after your Parents/Guardian. I'll be opening one near my college dorm but BPI's website says that I need to submit a billing statement.
Feb 16, 2023 · You can ask for a barangay certificate of residence as proof of billing in lieu of your cc soa. Icover mo na lang yung card number sa SOA since address lang naman important dun. Same with my problem lahat nakapangalan sa parents and eldest sister ko. Since ako ang bunso. 😂.
