Mar 7, 2021 · Icloud storage payment failed. I keep getting the icloud storage payment declined message from apple. However i use my credit card and it is fine there is no problem with my card. I understand you're unable to upgrade your iCloud storage plan, as you mentioned nothing happens when you select to change the plan using your iOS device. I suggest to force the Settings app to close, restart your device, and then test the behavior.
