I'm sorry you are experiencing issues downloading this app. The HBO Max was discontinued and replaced by the new "Max" app. To clarify, have you already tried looking for the new app on your console's Microsoft Store? Does it also come up as unavailable?
Sep 24, 2023 · I tried to install Max (HBO) and Peacock. The Microsoft store on the PC does not show these apps. However, the website from the Microsoft Store will show them, with a big blue button stating 'Install'. When selecting, I was asked to log on, and then the Microsoft website states 'You own this app'.

Try the following: Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select. Settings. Select Network Settings. Select Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address. Select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.

Feb 2, 2021 · HBO Max will not play videos using edge on my desktop. Netflix works, Hulu works, youtube tv works you tube works. HBOMax returns the statement Cant Play Title. We are having trouble playing this title, try again later. Same message for over a week. It works fine on Firefox on this pc. will not work with Edge.
