Megumi's Domain Expansion, Chimera Shadow Garden, is said to be incomplete, and while still incomplete it is still a powerful Domain, it can even beat a Special Grade Finger-Bearer. We only got to see him use his Domain on 2 occasions, one was in the Origin of Obedience Arc and most recently in the Shibuya Incident arc.

from what i understand, the reason an incomplete domain like chimera shadow garden doesn’t have a surehit is because there isn’t anywhere to put it. normally a domains barrier has the surehit infused in it, since chimera shadow garden did not have a barrier, the surehit had nowhere to go. there are exceptions to this, like sukunas domain, however that takes an incredible amount of ...
