Introduction. Established in 1976, we are the oldest and only non-profit international school in Manila offering a British education for students from Nursery (age 3) up to Year 13 (age 18). Each year we welcome more than 950 students from 50 + nationalities. Whole School Photo SY 2023-2024.

The British School Manila was established in 1976 in the old Union Church with only 36 students. Over the course of almost fifty years, the school has grown, developed and evolved into what it is today.

BSM Sports. Student Leadership. These tournaments occur three times a year, with one per academic term. Each competition consists of preliminary rounds, played over a full weekend, leading to a finals day where medals and trophies are awarded to the top three teams in each age/gender category.
The British School Manila has been proudly delivering the IB Diploma Programme since 2003 and is now one of only 20 schools in the country offering this pathway. Our results are consistently well above Philippines, Asia and World averages.
