Fortunately for us Dave Emmerichs unearthed his ancient Betamax copy and Jack gave us the go-ahead to put up it up online, and here we are. The video was shot in 1984 on the set of "The Man with One Red Shoe" in Washington, DC, by Erich Roland.

This rig moves the opposing camera in a direct 1:1 movement of the other. One camera goes left the other goes right.

The arm is much beefier and smoother, and the sled comes equipped with a lot more internal wiring, making it a much more versitile rig.
Nov 27, 2008 · Grab a pencil. Hold the pencil between the thumb and finger of one hand, and move the pencil with the other hand. Hold it in the middle. When you move the pencil, the eraser moves a lot. Now hold the pencil much closer to the eraser. When you move the pencil with your other hand, the eraser moves much less.

Jan 23, 2009 · Hi Dave, Thanks for the great info.I did check out those threads....great stuff.I wound up putting 4 (2 on each side) middle weights and two ends up top and 8 middle weights (4 on each side) and two ends on the bottom.I was just messing around and haven't really had the chance to try it out with the new weights yet.I have a xh-a1 cam
