Mar 23, 2017 · Daet serves as a jump-off point for visitors to reach the Mercedes virgin islands. The most popular of the Mercedes Islands are Caringo Island, Malasugui Island, Apuao Grande, and Apuao Pequena. Caringo Island is the most popular within the vicinity due to its white sand beach. Visitors can snorkel here if they wish.
