  1. August 14, 2022. There is scarcely any comfort to be found in this book; only an indelible, arcane horror. And Then There Were None was uncomfortable as it lodged itself in the darkest corner of my mind. The questions it asks, the implications it conceals, are soul-curdling and unforgettable.

It is her bestselling book, a successful stage play and computer game, and has been filmed many times. Now Frank Leclerq's colourful adaptation adds a new dimension to this nerve-racking mystery.

  4. Then there is O.J. Simpson and other rich folk who can afford expensive lawyers and escape justice, or so it seems. As a teenager, I have read this for the first time in translation and the title was different, creating later on a confusion for me: - And then there were none is very different from “Ten Little Niggers”

A short science-fiction book depicting a Terran ship, whose crew generally ascribe to social hierarchies and capitalist principles, landing on a planet inhabited entirely by matter-of-fact anarchists. In many ways, this can be called a farce and a satire. A text can be found on abelard.org, and possibly in other places.

  9. 'And Then There Were None' Trope Novels Books based off the infamous Agatha Christie plotline - group of people lured to mysterious, remote location, secrets are revealed and people start dying. There have been tons of retellings of this story and I love the creative twists and spinoffs that have been thought of.

  10. Sep 10, 2014 · Then There Were None is a good mystery story with a great plot and a bit of the Christian faith woven in. It isn't preachy, but nicely done. With a few twists and surprises, V. B. Tenery weaves a great story. Narration by Maxwell Zener is right on target with the voices and nuances of each character. I look forward to more from them both.
