May 27, 2016 · Though far from the worst X-Men film, Apocalypse was still a disappointment, because until this entry, every Bryan Singer X-Men film had been excellent.Apocalypse is a far cry from terrible, but it is underwhelming given Singer's history, as well as in and of itself.. Certain actors, who shall remain Jennifer Lawrence, were completely checked out in this instalment.
