Benjamin Estoista Diokno (born March 31, 1948) is a Filipino economist who currently serves as one of the six members of the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, which conducts the country's monetary policy and supervises its financial system.
Benjamin E. Diokno was appointed as a full-time Member of the Monetary Board for a six-year term effective 12 January 2024, after having served as Secretary of the Department of Finance from July 2022 to January 2024.

The Financial Times-owned publication also named Mr. Diokno as the Asia Pacific Central Banker of the Year 2022, the BSP said in a statement on Tuesday.
