Heretic's Sutra is a Talent that reduces the sanity of the user by a flat amount, proccing Talents such as Shared Misery.
Insanity is a game mechanic mainly present in The Depths, but also on the Surface to a lesser extent. Insanity is dictated by a meter that is not directly shown to the player, but its progress can be tracked by a blue hue on the border of the screen.

Mar 21, 2024 · For the best PVE build in Deepwoken, focus on 50 Fortitude for Reinforce, Willpower for Lord Commander and Grand Support, and aim for 40-65 Intelligence to maximize potion efficiency and elemental attacks. Equip Auso Mantra for survival, and combine Million Ton Piercer with Heretic Sutra for enhanced damage output.
