Dec 18, 2023 · Tropical Storm Kabayan will affect the country’s weather condition. PAGASA reported that Tropical Storm Kabayan was last spotted 275 kilometers east of Davao City with a speed of 15 kilometers per hour. It is moving west-northwestward of the Philippine Sea. Kabayan has maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of up to 80 kph.
