About UP Manila: The ambiance is so-so. UPM is located in the busy streets of Manila (i.e., Padre Faura and Pedro Gil) so there's noise and air pollution all around. The instructors and professors are all knowledgeable about the subjects they teach. Some are even unexpectedly friendly and humorous.
