4 days ago · When I get a braxton hick contraction, I can feel it coming on. My face gets hot, I get an almost breathless type feeling, and then my belly tightens for about 15-20 seconds and it goes away. They started at 21 weeks, I'm now 28+5 with di/di girls and they definitely feel like they're getting more intense. Not painful, just more uncomfortable.

Jun 18, 2024 · Jun 17, 2024 at 9:12 PM. stm & have been having cramps for days (i’m 34+2). they started after a very physical day and have stayed since. belly isn’t getting hard every time, the aren’t worth timing (random intervals and lengths) and baby is still moving, so i’m guessing it’s a mixture of cramps and braxton hicks.
