Dr. Bill Schneider currently serves as the Vice President of System Effectiveness at the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS), starting in September 2023. In this capacity, he assumes the role of chief data officer and spearheads statewide initiatives related to research, evaluation, and data analytics.
A retention and disposition schedule for North Carolina community colleges was approved in July 2016. In December 2017, 12 amendments were made to this schedule; in May 2019, another 17 amendments were made to the schedule.
