Mar 8, 2024 · Fitch Ratings - New York - 08 Mar 2024: Fitch Ratings has affirmed the 'A+' Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and 'A+' bond ratings on approximately $1.8 billion outstanding par at FYE 2023 of Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority and Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority bonds issued on behalf of Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE, or the system).
