The Municipality of Liliw’s Gat Tayaw Tsinelas Festival is a yearly celebrated festival held during the last week of April. Based from its name, this festival showcases the primary industry of the said “Footwear Capital of Laguna”.

May 20, 2024 · Kaya naman sa pagbabalik sa normal ng lahat, pormal muling binuksan ang Liliw Gat Tayaw Tsinelas Festival sa Liliw Municipal Covered Court noong ika-24 ng Abril, 2024 sa pangalawang taon matapos ang pandemya.
Katutubong Palaro, Gabi ng Harana, musical arts and painting contests and the Gawad Parangal for outstanding Liliweños for their exemplary service to the community are among the highlight activities of the festival.
