The General Education Program is a set of courses classified under the Arts and Humanities (AH), Social Sciences and Philosophy (SSP), and Mathematics, Science and Technology (MST) domains that give students knowledge and competencies to better prepare them for the basic understanding of various ways of knowing.
It consists of 2 years of general education and pre-medical courses, four (4) years of medical courses and one (1) year of internship. The baccalaureate degree in Basic Medicine is awarded to students who have satifactorily completed the first four years of this 7-year program.
