Cecile Guidote-Alvarez (born Cecile Reyes Guidote; November 13, 1943) is a Filipino actress, author, and founder of Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA). She was 23 years old when she established PETA. She received the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Public Service in 1972.
