WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT BALER? Baler is an all-year-round travel destination. As long as there is no typhoon, you could still visit Baler. Weather-wise, if you love to surf, the best months to visit Baler is from July to December when the waves are great for surfing.
Travel time with Joy Bus is faster than the regular bus which will take around 5 hours. Another option is to take a Victory Line Bus in Cubao Quezon City bound for Cabanatuan and then transfer to a public van going to Baler. Van travel time is around 2-3 hours.
