Janet Braganza Abuel (born March 13, 1971) is a Filipino lawyer, accountant and public servant who, from March to August 2019, served as acting secretary of the Department of Budget and Management in the Duterte administration following the appointment of former-Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Janet Abuel as acting secretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Malacañang said Tuesday. Duterte’s spokesperson Salvador Panelo said the President announced Abuel’s appointment at the start of the Cabinet meeting on Monday.
As acting secretary, Abuel will be awaiting the signing into law of the P3.757-trillion national budget for this year. Abuel is a certified public accountant.
